No, all of our units are designated non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outside and we ask that you be responsible of proper disposal of debris to help us keep our property looking beautiful. If you smoke inside, a claim will be placed against your security deposit.
Sunscreen, shampoo, soap, all paper goods, food, swimsuits, shorts and long pants, snorkeling, fishing gear, sports equipment, a boat if you have one, flip flops for everyone, hats, sunglasses, a sweater or light jacket in the winter, board games and movies for kids, coffee and coffee filters, and an appetite for fun and relaxation!
Yes, there are bike rental places that will drop off bikes when you arrive, and pick them up when you leave.
There are two close by. Coco Plum and Sombrero Beach, with more facilities.
Coco Plum Beach is a five minute car ride away – east on Overseas to Coco Plum, Coco Plum south to the beach.
To Sombrero Beach head West down Overseas Highway to K-Mart, take a left on Sombrero Beach Road and continue to beach. This is a 10-15 minute drive, and probably a 30 minute bike ride.
Yes, the seawall area where we launch the kayaks works well for jet skis. Just let us know that you are bringing them.
Most boat trailers can be backed in under our stilted homes and still allow for parking 2 cars. Special arrangements can be made with the management for parking larger trailers on the property during your stay.
We ask that you always keep in mind that the common area be kept clear should the need arise for emergency vehicles to access our property. We thank you in advance for adhering to this request.
No, but there are several public ramps close by and one just a few blocks away.
Yes, just please be respectful of others using the docks to access boats and kayaks. Vaca Cove is a great spot with plenty of room for everyone, and can offer good fishing from the dock.
The Florida Keys Marathon Airport offers service for private aircraft and Charter Service plus car rentals.
Key West International is 52 miles. Miami International 107 and Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International is 131.
Keys Shuttle provides door to door service from the Keys to the Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports.
